As founder and CEO of SQY Construction, Nezaam Jacobs brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry – leading the company with a passion for delivering quality craftsmanship as well as exceptional client services. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Nezaam leads the company with a hands-on approach, overseeing all aspects of operations. SQY has completed numerous high profile projects and has cultivated long term relationships with clients and partners.

Rasheda Jacobs

Chief Administration Officer (CAO)

As the director of administration at SQY, Rasheda Jacobs plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations of all administrative functions within the company.
With a strong background and 28 years experience in financial administration – Rasheda oversees all the financial management at SQY.
She is dedicated to optimizing workflows and improving internal processes. She is also known for her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail – Rasheda is passionate about creating a positive working environment for the team so that they are able to deliver outstanding services within the company.

Project Managers

Working alongside one another, brothers Saaliegh and Yaseen are responsible for ensuring that projects are executed successfully from start to finish.
Their leadership and problem solving abilities allow them to navigate on-site challenges, making sure that quality standards are met, that goals are achieved and that projects are delivered on time.

With experience in managing costs for construction projects, Rushdi is responsible for making sure that projects are completed within budget and that it meets all quality standards.

Specializing in cost estimation, Rushdi maximizes project efficiency ensuring the best value for their long-term investments.

Mark Abrahams

Site Foreman

Mark is responsible and in charge of solving the structural and technical issues on sites. He plays a big role in ensuring that projects operate and run smoothly, efficiently and safely.

(Diploma in building and civil engineering) With experience in building management and her hands-on approach to managing and problem solving, she is responsible for overseeing daily activities on site.
